href="http://www.conceptualdevices.com/" target="_blank">Antonio Scarponi</a>, Yökalenteri hosts “Rêvalités”, a work of Finnish Poet and  writer <a
title="http://www.afsnitp.dk/galleri/archiveszaroum/" href="http://www.afsnitp.dk/galleri/archiveszaroum/" target="_blank">Cia  Rinne</a>. “Rêvalités” consists of 36 mini prose  pieces, dreams recorded during the time span of a year, which thematically deal  with a variety of issues. </em></p><p><em><a

href="http://vimeo.com">Vimeo</a>.</p><p>Speedism recently premiered the 3D animation film titled <strong>&#8220;IAHGNAHS ONHCET&#8221;</strong>, which is Techno Shanghai spelled backwards, or should we say blackwards, as the doomed BLACK CELEBRATION that it might be; opposed to &#8220;the real&#8221; Shanghai, a copy of a copy of a copy, incestuous; mutating, decaying, as an urban themepark, the city of cities, the themepark of themeparks. But in this state of (architectural) being, it starts breathing again&#8230; The IAHGNAHS ONHCET story could be(come) fantasy come true of our Chinese adventures through residencies and publications.</p><p>The project started as a collaboration with production and promotion platform Arthub Asia and with Crystal CG, China&#8217;s major media and visualisation firm working for renowned architectural offices but also commissioned by the Chinese government for Expo 2010 Shanghai and the Beijing 2008 Olympics. The windows&#8217; colors are changed in realtime with music that&#8217;s broadcasted on speakers surrounding the building.</p><p>Visuals coded in openframeworks by zachary lieberman, joel gethin lewis and damian stewart (yesyesno). music by daito manabe, with support from taeji sawai and kyoko koyama. We made this in three days.</p><p>The performance is approximately 10 minutes long. this is an edit. also, we&#8217;ve recorded the output from the software (audio / OSC) and this performance can be replayed in the future for events, etc.</p><p>Special thanks to the awesome ars electronica / futurelab crew, (maria, wolfgang, andreas, ramsay, horst, gerfried and christopher), also iris mayer, carolina vallejo, and rhizomatiks for helping make this possible. also a huge thanks to the excellent technicians Multivision who installed this system: is.<a
